The first batch of this was yummy, the second... not so fantastic, I didn't bake it long enough. Creating the dough was pretty labor intensive but then making a loaf the second time once the starter is already in the fridge was a lot faster. I think I'll stick with my trusty wheat bread recipe though. I'll have to post that one soon.

Artisan Bread- June 10
Sorry it has been a long while since my last post. I keep forgetting to take pictures of our cooking adventrues!
The first batch of this was yummy, the second... not so fantastic, I didn't bake it long enough. Creating the dough was pretty labor intensive but then making a loaf the second time once the starter is already in the fridge was a lot faster.
